Self-hosted or managed

# Whitelabel

Run Sheaf as your own product: on your domain, under your name, self-hosted or managed for you, with every document kept in-house.

## Self-hosted vs Managed

- Self-hosted

A licensed copy of Sheaf on your own servers or in your own cloud account. Your team runs it, with our setup, updates and support behind it.
- Managed whitelabel

We host, monitor, update and customize it for you, on your own domain and under your brand.

## Under your brand

Your domain, name, logo and colors on the app, the sign-in page and every [intake form and request link](docs/filing/request-documents) your clients open. They see your brand, not ours.

## Your data stays in-house

- Your database

Every case, document list, extracted value and audit record, in a database you own.
- Your storage

Documents and page images in your own storage bucket, such as an AWS S3 bucket in your account.
- Your keys

The AI models you choose, on your own provider accounts and API keys.
- Portability

A standard, agent-friendly folder structure: copy or move a project, or the whole library, at any time.

## Custom modules

Modules built around your process: your document types and [expected document lists](docs/concepts/expected-document-lists), [your checks and rules](fine-tune-results.md#custom-intelligence), your reports, and connections to the systems you already run, such as your loan origination system, CRM or data warehouse.

## Automated workflows

[Workflows](docs/concepts/workflows) run intake, split, classify, extract and file on their own, and request links chase whatever is missing. A person steps in only where you choose. Your systems connect through the [API](docs/api/overview) and [webhooks](docs/api/webhooks), and [your own agent](docs/agents/connect-an-agent) connects directly.
