# Branded document intake & automation

How intake works

01 / UPLOAD

## An upload page with your logo.

Send your customer a link. It opens a page that lists the documents you need, under your logo. They upload each one from a phone or a computer.

No account or password

Your logo and colour

Only the documents you ask for

PDF, JPG or PNG

Lists files already received

Expires after 30 days

One click or one API call

No other documents or names shown

02 / PROCESS

## Processed as it arrives.

Each upload is checked, split, filed and flagged automatically. No one has to open it first.

Check

### Bad pages flagged.

Blank, faint or duplicate pages, images under 150 DPI, and files sent twice.

Split

### One file, many documents.

A 104-page PDF holding 32 documents is split into 32.

File

### Matched and renamed.

Each document is matched to the one you asked for and saved as *gift_letter_2026_10_02.pdf*.

Flag

### Out of date, flagged.

A bank statement older than the 90 days you allow is flagged.

03 / FOLLOW-UP

## Requests missing documents.

Every document you need is marked filed, flagged or missing. A new link requests only the missing and out-of-date ones from your customer.

One API call makes the link and names the documents. Your customer sees only those.

When the last one is filed, the case is complete.

```
POST /api/applications/{id}/request-links
{
  "expectedDocIds": [
    "pay-stubs",
    "bank-statements"
  ]
}
→ {
  "requestPath": "/request#sheaf_rl_…",
  "expiresAt": "2026-11-22T…"
}
```
